ProCure is dedicated to bringing proton therapy to patients using a comprehensive approach that provides state-of-the-art proton therapy in a healing environment. We collaborate with leading radiation oncology practices and hospitals to bring the benefits of proton therapy to their patients. ProCure is a full-service proton therapy center developer and operator. We provide a comprehensive approach to the design, construction, financing, staffing, training, and day-to-day operations of
world-class proton therapy centers.

PROVIDING PROTON THERAPY TO PATIENTS

ProCure is developing a network of centers that are dedicated to providing proton therapy to patients using a comprehensive approach. We focus not only on treatment, but also on the overall well-being of patients so they can heal faster and get back to their normal lives. The centers will be equipped with the most advanced proton therapy technology available and medical care will be directed by a team of leading radiation oncologists. Collaborations with local hospitals provide patients with comprehensive and integrated cancer care. The first ProCure Proton Therapy Center opened in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 8, 2009. Our second location opened in Illinois on October 19, 2010. Four more centers are in development in Michigan, New Jersey, Washington, and Florida.

DEVELOPING CENTERS TO EXPAND AVAILABILITY OF PROTON THERAPY

Many patients who could benefit from proton therapy are not able to receive it because there are too few centers that provide it. We are committed to expanding the availability of proton therapy so that every patient who can benefit from it can receive treatment.

Our innovative model for designing, building, financing, staffing, and operating a proton therapy center reduces the time, cost, and effort necessary to develop a facility, allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care. A center developed with ProCure can begin treating patients just over two years from groundbreaking.

RADIATION ONCOLOGY PRACTICES AND HOSPITAL AFFILIATIONS

We are committed to ensuring patients receive seamless, comprehensive care. Working collaboratively with leading radiation oncology practices and hospitals, we have created integrated cancer care offerings to ensure that patients' needs are met. In Oklahoma, ProCure is collaborating with Radiation Medicine Associates and INTEGRIS Health. In Illinois, ProCure is collaborating with Radiation Oncology Consultants and Central DuPage Hospital.
